  • 2tbs curd.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp coriander seeds.
  • 2 green chillies.
  • salt.
  • Green coriander.
  • For gravy...
  • 1 cup curd
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 2tbs ginger julian.
  • 1/4tsp turmeric.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli.
  • 1/4tsp coriander powder.
  • 2tbs desi ghee.

How to make Rajasthani besani gatta.in curd gravy.

  1. Make d dough of besan
  2. Adding salt.cumin seeds.green chilli n curd.
  3. Boil 4glass water.
  4. Take a ball of dough
  5. Roll it n put in boiling water.
  6. U can make 8 rolls.
  7. When it becomes upper in water.
  8. Remove from water.
  9. When becomes little cool cut in small pieces.
  10. Heat ghee.
  11. Put cumin seeds.
  12. Beat d curd n mix all masalas in it.
  13. Add ginger n pour d curd better.
  14. Mix gattas in it n cook well.
  15. Put leftover water in it n boil it.
  16. When gravy thickens
  17. Add coriander leaves.
  18. Serve with rice or missi roti.

My Tip:

U can make onion.tomato gravy.
