ABOUT Sprout Salad RECIPE

A yummy and healthy salad for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/4 cup Green Moong Daal (whole)
  2. Tomato - 1
  3. Potato boiled - 1
  4. Cucumber (without seeds)- 1
  5. Capsicum - 1
  6. Onion (optional) - 1
  7. Lemon - 1
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak the moong dal whole night. The next day strain and keep it in a sprout maker for one whole day or similarly like the desi style (hang them in a cotton cloth for a whole day).
  2. Chop all the ingredients finely and mix them well.
  3. Add sprouts in that and add salt and pepper to it. Sprinkle the lemon juice in it and mix it well.
  4. Your healthy salad is now ready to eat!
