Ingredients to make Keera kadanchathu

  • spinach 2 cups
  • garlic 1 piece
  • green chilly 1 number
  • salt
  • ghee 1 table spoon
  • mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  • Urud dal 1 teaspoon

How to make Keera kadanchathu

  1. CLEAN SPINACH AND ADD 1 GREEN CHILLY AND 1 GARLIC
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER AND COOK TILL SOFT
  3. LET IT COOL
  4. GRIND TO PASTE
  5. IN A KADAI ADD GHEE MUSTARD SEED AND URUD DAL
  6. ADD THE SEASONING TO IT AND SERVE WITH RICE OR ROTI
