Ingredients to make Strawberry Coulis

  • 200 gms strawberries
  • Hulled 3 tablespoons
  • sugar 2 teaspoon
  • lemon juice, divided use
  • 1-2 tablespoons water

How to make Strawberry Coulis

  1. Puree together the chopped strawberries, sugar, lemon juice with just 1-2 tsp of water.
  2. Transfer this mixture to a saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
  3. Continue to boil until the mixture thickens to syrup consistency. Strain and set aside.
