Ingredients to make Dry fish gravey

  • onion 4 big sliced
  • tomatoes 3 sliced
  • Dry fish 75 grms
  • garlic cloves 25 chopped
  • oil 100 ml
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt 1/4, tsp or less coz dry fish have salt
  • curry leaves few
  • Mudpot

How to make Dry fish gravey

  1. HEAT A MUDPOT ADD OIL
  2. THEN ADD SLICED ONION AND SALT
  3. COOK ONION TILL TRANSCULANT
  4. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC
  5. COOK TILL ONION TURNS IN TO GOLDEN BROWN
  6. NOW ADD CLEANED DRY FISH
  7. POKE DRY FISH IN TO ONION AND LET IT COOK
  8. COOK TILL IT FULLY MASHED
  9. OIL SEPERATE FROM ONION
  10. ADD TURMERIC AMD CHILLI POWDER
  11. MIX IT WELL TILL THAT RAW SMELL FLEW AWAY
  12. NOW ADD SLICED TOMATOES
  13. LET IT COOK AND MASHED
  14. COOK TILL OIL SEPERATES
  15. ITS DONE
  16. NOW PUT SOME CURRY LEAVES AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
