Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Almonds __ 10
  2. Raisins ___ 10
  3. Saffron strands ___ 6
  4. Sugar or honey ___ 2 tsp
  5. Milk ___ 1 glass
  6. Cardamom__ 1

Instructions

  1. Soak almonds, raisins , saffron Strands overnight or for four hours.
  2. Grind soaked almonds , raisins , saffron in a mixer . Make a fine paste . Add half glass water and add soaked water too. Then add cold milk & sugar & Cardamom powder. Stir it well. If you want more cold , keep it for one hour & Serve cold badam milk . If you want it as hot boil milk, Add grounded badam paste, Sugar . Stir it well and add cardamom powder. Serve hot badam milk.
