Idlis in munchurian gravy...

Ingredients to make Idlis in munchurian gravy...

  • 1 cup semolina.
  • 1 cup curd.
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp mustard seeds.
  • 1tsp oil.
  • 1 sachet eno.
  • For.gravy....
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 2 onions.
  • salt.
  • 2tsp cornflour.
  • 1/2tsp tomato sauce.
  • 1/4tsp chilli sauce.
  • 1/4tsp shezwan sauce.

How to make Idlis in munchurian gravy...

  1. For idlis.. Make d better of semolina n curd.
  2. Add salt n mustard seeds.
  3. Add 1tsp oil.
  4. Rest 5 minutes.
  5. Nw add sachet of eno.
  6. Mix it n make idlis.
  7. Keep aside.
  8. For gravy....
  9. Heat oil n saute onion n garlic.
  10. In a bowl of water mix cornflour n all sauces.
  11. Cut idlis in 4 cubes.
  12. Put it in tadka.
  13. Pour d ghol of cornflour
  14. Mix well.
  15. Serve it.

My Tip:

U can make rice n dal idlis.
