ABOUT Sesame veggie sandwich RECIPE

With lots of veggies, this is a healthy and yummy sandwich which makes a tummy filling breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 hot dogs
  2. 1 tbsp curd (hung)
  3. 1 potato (boiled and mashed)
  4. 1/2 cucumber chopped
  5. 1 carrot chopped
  6. 1 tomato chopped
  7. 2 green chillies
  8. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper to taste
  11. 1/2 capsicum chopped
  12. Green chutney 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Slice a bread into 2 pieces and apply butter.
  2. Mix in all the ingredients.
  3. Apply chutney on the bread and spread the vegetable mixture.
  4. On a tawa, heat oil and sprinkle sesame seeds. Then roast it on the tawa using oil.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve it hot.
