Ingredients to make Brinjal pachadi

  • Brinjal chopped 1 cup
  • shallots chopped 1/2 cup
  • green chillies 2 chopped
  • red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  • tamarind juice 2 table spoon
  • coriander powder 2 teas
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1 table spoon

How to make Brinjal pachadi

  1. SOAK TAMARIND AND TAKE PULP. CHOP BRINJAL GREEN CHILLIES AND SHALLOTS
  2. SEASON WITH MUSTARD SEED URUD DAL AND JEERA AND ADD ONION, BRINJAL AND GREEN CHILLIES AND SAUTE
  3. ADD CHILLY POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER SALT AND TAMARIND JUICE
