Cottage Cheese in Spinach gravy.

Ingredients to make Cottage Cheese in Spinach gravy.

  • 1 bunch spinach.
  • 200gm panir.
  • 2 onion.
  • 2 tomato.
  • 1tsp kaju paste.
  • 1tsp ginger paste.
  • 2 green chillies.
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli.
  • 1/4tsp garam masala.
  • 2tbs fresh malai.
  • 2tbs desi ghee.

How to make Cottage Cheese in Spinach gravy.

  1. Blanch n pury the spinach.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan.
  3. Add cumin seeds.
  4. Add chopp onion.
  5. Saute it.
  6. Add ginger paste.
  7. Add tomato pury.
  8. Cook it.
  9. Add salt n red chilli.
  10. Nw add kaju paste.
  11. Cook it.
  12. Add spinach pury n mix it.
  13. Nw add panir cubes n mix it.
  14. Simmer 5 minutes.
  15. Add garam masala.
  16. Garnish with fresh malai.

My Tip:

Blanch palak openly to msintain the colour.
