Ingredients to make Boiled Ground nuts

  • Ground nut [with the peels] 1/4 kg
  • Crystal salt 2 table spoon

How to make Boiled Ground nuts

  1. WASH THE GROUND NUTS WELL , DO NOT REMOVE THE PEEL AND PUT THEM IN A PRESSURE COOKER PAN.
  2. ADD SOME WATER AND SALT AND COOK FOR 2 WHISTLES.
  3. LET THE PRESSURE SETTLE DOWN AND THEN STRAIN THE GROUND NUTS. PEEL THEM AND SERVE THEM WITH SOME CHOPPED ONION AND GREEN CHILLIES, WITH A SPRINKLE OF SALT AND LEMON JUICE.
