Firstly take a bowl add cabbage, onion, carrot, cucumber and 1/2 tsp salt in it and tgen keep it aside for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes squeeze out the water from vegetables and put them in another bowl. Take out 2 tbsp vegetables in a bowl which will use it in gravy.
Now in the remaining vegetables add all purpose flour,2 tbsp corn flour and prepare a dough .
Now make balls of it and fry these balls in a medium hot oil on a medium flame until balls become crispy
Now taje a wok or pan . Add oil in it and let it heat.when oil is hot then add chopped garlic and green chillies in it and saite them for a while .
now add vegetables in wok and saite them on medium flame for 2 minutes. Meanwhile let's prepare slury . For slury , add 2 tbsp corn flour and water in small bowl and mix them well
After 2 minutes, add slury in the wok and then add red chilli powder soya sauce, vinegar , tomato ketchup, add 1/2 cup water and cook them for 2 minutes on medium flame
After 2 minutes add fried manchurian in it ,mix it ,turn off the flame and serve it hot by garnishing with ginger Julians
