Ingredients to make Kamal Kakdi in Garlic Flavour

  • Boiled Lotus Stem(Kamal Kakdi)- 1 piece(300gms)
  • Boiled potatoes- 2 medium size
  • garlic-1 tsp
  • tomatoes - 4 Big size
  • curry leaves - 10 to 15 leaves
  • green chilly- 2 pieces
  • Daniya Powder - 1tsp
  • haldi Powder - 3/4 tsp
  • mirchi Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala -1/2tsp
  • coriander leaves

How to make Kamal Kakdi in Garlic Flavour

  1. 1. BOIL POTATOES AND LOTUS STEM(KAMAL KAKDI). CUT TOMATOES, GREEN CHILLY AND GARLIC.
  2. 2. HEAT OIL AND THEN ADD GARLIC.
  3. 3. ADD CURRY LEAVES.
  4. 4. ADD TOMATOES AND GREEN CHILLY.
  5. 5. ADD DANIYA POWDER, RED CHILLY POWDER AND HALDI POWDER.
  6. 6. ADD SALT AND KITCHEN KING MASALA.
  7. 7. MIX AND STIR PROPERLY.
  8. 8. ADD BOILED POTATOES.
  9. 9. ADD BOILED LOTUS STEM(KAMAL KAKDI)
  10. 10. MIX IT AND COVER IT ON LOW FLAME FOR 7-8 MINS.
  11. 11. PUT CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX IT WELL.
  12. 12. SERVE WITH HOT ROTI AND GHEE.
