Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gram Poha
  2. 8 pieces udad papad
  3. Groundnut 1/2 cup
  4. Chane (without skin) Chickpea 1 cup
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Haldi/ Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a big pan saute poha without oil and stir properly. Turn off the gas and and let it cool.
  2. In a pan, take oil and add hing. Saute groundnut until it turns light pink. Add roasted poha, salt, chilli, haldi and chat masala.
  3. Now road papad on gas break in small piece and mix with poha. If you love sweet taste add a little sugar. When it cools transfer in an airtight jar. Enjoy with your tea or coffee.
