ABOUT Cheese Pakora Recipe RECIPE

Cheese Pakora is one of the most delicious snack dishes made with processed cheese, chickpea flour, corn flour and spices. This is the best snack dish which can be served as an appetizer as well.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gms processed cheese
  2. 100 gms plain flour maida
  3. 1/2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper powder
  4. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds powder rai / sarson
  5. 2 tsp chopped Green chillies
  6. 1/2 cup Chopped coriander dhania
  7. 2 tsp curds dahi
  8. 1/2 cup Milk
  9. salt to taste
  10. Oil for deep frying
  11. For serving: green chutney
  12. Tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
  2. Add 1 tsp hot oil to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Divide the miture into equal portions.
  4. Roll it into oval or any shape of your choice.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the pakoras till it turns golden brown in colour from all the sides.
  6. Remove on absorbent paper and repeat the same process for the remaining ingredients to make more pakoras.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
