ABOUT Suji ki kheer RECIPE

This is a simple recipe of kheer made with semolina, healthy and tasty at the same time.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina [sooji] - 1 cup
  2. Sugar - 5 tbsp [can be increased according to taste]
  3. Dry fruits[cashew nuts, raisins] as per taste
  4. Milk 250 ml

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the semolina in a pan.
  2. Add sugar to the above and mix.
  3. Now add milk and let this mixture boil.
  4. Now add chopped dry fruits and mix well. Serve hot.
