Ingredients to make Dil leaves pakoda with Chana Dal

  • Chana dal 3 cups
  • Dillard 1 bunch
  • Green chilli as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • Haldi/ Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

How to make Dil leaves pakoda with Chana Dal

  1. Soak chana dal for 4 hours and grind in a mixer do not grind to a paste, grind half only.
  2. Add chopped dil leaves, salt, green, dry chilli, dhaniya powder, haldi, and chopped onion(optional). Keep for 1 hour adding masala and make pakoda by deep frying.
  3. Serve hot. Enjoy.
My Tip: When you crush chanadall be careful do not grind with too much water and dal must be half not crushed fully. For kurkure pakoda.
