ABOUT Tomato Chutney RECIPE

It's a yummy tomato chutney that adds extra taste to your delicious lunch or dinner

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 tomatoes
  2. 1 green chilli
  3. 5 flakes of garlic
  4. few curry leaves
  5. Few corriander leaves
  6. Coconut oil 3 tbsp
  7. Vinegar 1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Red chilli paste 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First in a pan add coconut oil, few curry leaves, green chillies, garlic flakes and saute it.
  2. Next add red chilli paste, red chilli powder and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add coriander leaves, tomatoes chopped and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add vinegar, lemon and salt.
