  • Fine sooji 1/2 cup
  • salt a pinch
  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup
  • ghee 1/4 cup

  1. DRY FRY GROUNDNUT
  2. AFTER COOL ADD IN MIXIE JAR
  3. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND JAGGERY
  4. ADD SOME WATER AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  5. ADD WHEAT FLOUR AND SALT A PINCH INTO WATER
  6. MIX WELL
  7. MAKE SOFT DOUGH, ADD FINE SOOJI
  8. ADD OIL AND KNEAD WELL
  9. DOUGH READY, COVER IT
  10. OPEN THE CLOTH, KNEAD WELL
  11. MAKE BALLS OUT OF IT
  12. MAKE BALLS OUT OF HOORANAM
  13. SPREAD SOME FLOUR, PAT KANAKA
  14. ADD HOORANAM, COVER CLEANLY
  15. PRESS IN FLOUR
  16. ROLL AS THIN AS POSSIBLE
  17. ROAST ON HEATED TAVA
  18. FLIP AND COOK
  19. DRIZZLE GHEE
  20. FLIP, DRIZZLE GHEE
  21. CHECK THE COOKNESS, REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
