About Kashmiri Rajma Recipe

A yummy and easy recipe of rajma, to be served with some pulao on the side.

Kashmiri Rajma

Ingredients to make Kashmiri Rajma

  • 2 cup overnt soaked n boiled small red rajma.
  • 4 onion
  • 4 tomato.
  • 1tbs gng paste.
  • salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1piece dalchini.
  • 1big cardomom
  • 1tezpatta.
  • 1/4tsp kashmiri mirch.
  • 1/2tsp rajma masala.
  • coriander leaves.

How to make Kashmiri Rajma

  1. Heat oil in a cooker
  2. Add cumin seeds.
  3. Add whole garam masala.
  4. Add finely chopped onion.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  6. Brown it.
  7. Add fresh tomato puree.
  8. Add salt & all masalas.
  9. Cook it well.
  10. Add boiled Rajma and water. close the lid.
  11. Cook till 2 whistles are attained.
  12. Serve with steam rice.
