Ingredients to make Salted Jackfruit Flakes Vada

  • salted jackfruit flakes 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • water 1/4 cup
  • Cooking oil

How to make Salted Jackfruit Flakes Vada

  1. HALF AN HOUR SOAKED SALTED JACKFRUIT FLAKES
  2. ADD SALT, GRATED COCONUT
  3. ADD SOME WATER AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. MIX AJWAIN AND CUMIN SEEDS TO GROUND DOUGH
  5. MIX RICE FLOUR
  6. KNEAD THE DOUGH AND MAKE SMALL BALLS
  7. HEAT OIL, TAKE THE DOUGH BALL AND FLATTEN IT
  8. DEEP FRY
  9. FLIP AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN, REMOVE AND SERVE
