Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Green chilli 2
  2. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  3. Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  4. Tamarind gooseberry sized
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chopped coconut 1/2 cup
  7. Roasted bengal gram 1 cup
  8. Water
  9. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  10. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  11. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  12. Red chilli 1

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, FRY TILL TENDER
  2. ROASTED BENGAL GRAM, FRY FOR A MINUTE, TURN OFF THE FLAME
  3. CHOPPED COCONUT, CORIANDER LEAVES
  4. TAMARIND, SALT
  5. GRIND COARSELY
  6. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE, CONTINUE GRINDING TILL SMOOTH
  7. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL
  8. SEASONING
  9. ADD SEASONING AND GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
