ABOUT Punjabi Fish Curry RECIPE

Yummiest fish curry with yummiest masala in it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish 1/2 kg
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste
  3. Blanched and crushed Onions 3
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  6. kitchen king 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam Masala- little less than 1/2 tsp
  8. Black pepper powder- little less than 1/2 tsp
  9. Water 1 cup + more if more gravy needed

Instructions

  1. Wash fish and coat it with ginger garlic paste for 10 mins
  2. Take a pan and add oil to it. Add onions when oil gets heated.
  3. When onions are little cooked, add salt, red chilli powder and kitchen king. Cook it for 2 mins.
  4. Add water and cook again for 2 mins
  5. Now add fish to it and mix gently.
  6. Now add garam masala and kali mirch. Mix it again.
  7. Cover it and let it cook for hardly 5 mins. Fish will become soft.
  8. Your Punjabi Fish Curry is now ready to be served.
