Badshahi paneer

Ingredients to make Badshahi paneer

  • paneer - 200gm
  • butter - 25 gm
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • onion paste - 2 tbsp
  • tomato puree - 1 cup
  • ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
  • Roasted coriander pwd - 1 tsp
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • turmeric pwd - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala pwd - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt

How to make Badshahi paneer

  1. Heat butter and oil togather. Add sugar ,
  2. Add onion after sugar little caramelized. Saute 1 minute and ginger garlic paste and tomato puree. Cook till raw smell has gone.
  3. Add all the masalas and salt.cook 2 mins and add paneer. Stirring carefully & occasionally for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Finely add half cup of water and boiling the gravy for a while.
  5. Serve with butter , cherry & Coriander.
