Tip - The Gawarfali should not turn mushy. There should be a crunch left. It should not turn very soft
Now, Heat oil in a separate pan
Put jeera and hing
In oil put haldi and red chili
Add dhania and mustard
Now, Add the par boiled gawarfali and salt
Cook 4 to 5 min on medium flame
Mix all the masala properly. The Gawarfali is ready to be served.
