Ingredients to make Aathela marcha

  • 200 gm Green medium hot chilly
  • Rai kuria 100 gm (mustard seeds, crushed)
  • 4 lemons
  • Juice of 6 lemons
  • salt as per taste
  • haldi - 1 tbsp
  • Any oil 2/3 tsp (Heat and then cool at room temperature)

How to make Aathela marcha

  1. Wash green chillies and cut into pieces.
  2. Mix mustard seeds, oil, lemon pieces, juice, salt and haldi properly. Store in glass jar.
  3. Keep in fridge, use after 5 to 6 hours.
