Ingredients to make Dahi tikhari

  • Plain yogurt – 1 Cup
  • garlic chilli paste - 1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder - 1tsp
  • Red chilli Powder - 1tsp
  • dhaniya jira [coriander & cumin] powder - 1tsp
  • salt
  • Chopped coriander

How to make Dahi tikhari

  1. CURD 1 CUP, SALT,RED CHILLI POWDER 1TSP, TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TSP, GARLIC MIRCH PEST 1 TBSP,DANIYA-JIRA POWDER 1TSP
  2. HEAT OIL AND ADD PREPARED GARLIC CHUTNEY TO IT.
  3. MIX CHUTNEY QUICKLY BEFORE OIL STARTS TO HEAT UP
  4. ADD ALL MASALA
  5. AFTER YOU MIX IT
  6. ADD QUICKLY YOGURT, SALT
  7. MIX ALL WELL AND OFF STOVE
  8. SPRINKLE CHOPPED CORIANDER
