Buttermilk Dosa

Ingredients to make Buttermilk Dosa

  • Soaked rice 2 cup
  • buttermilk 1 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • salt 3/4 tsp
  • jaggery 1 lemon sized
  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup

How to make Buttermilk Dosa

  1. ADD BUTTERMILK, SALT, JAGGERY AND GRIND SMOOTHLY THE 4 HRS SOAKED RICE
  2. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL
  3. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, MIX WELL, CLOSE THE LID KEEP ASIDE 6 HOURS FOR FERMENTATION
  4. CHECK THE FERMENTATION, MIX WELL
  5. GREASE OIL TO HEATED TAVA
  6. POUR THE BATTER, CLOSE AND COOK
  7. DRIZZLE SOME OIL, FLIP IT FOR 1 MINUTE
  8. REMOVE AND SERVE
