About GINGER CHICKEN Recipe

This Ginger Chicken is seriously a finger licking recipe. The preparation time is just 20 minutes with very few simple ingredients. The taste of ginger which is healthy, the slight tangy taste of soya sauce and the spicy red hot chilli powder/paste gives the most delicious taste.

GINGER CHICKEN

Ingredients to make GINGER CHICKEN

  • chicken Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
  • onion Paste 1 med size onion
  • garlic-just 2 cloves
  • salt 1 tsp
  • turmeric 1 tsp
  • red chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 tsp
  • red chilli Paste 1 tsp
  • Food Colour a pinch

How to make GINGER CHICKEN

  1. Blend onions to paste.
  2. Blend ginger to paste.
  3. Add chicken to the pand and add turmeric powder and salt to the chicken. Then mix all well. Cover with the lid to the pan and cook for five minutes. Then add some water and cook for two minutes.
  4. Take another pan, pour oil into that. Then add onion paste fry for a minute, then add ginger paste, fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Then add red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
  6. Add red chilli paste and soy sauce and mix well.
  7. Now add half cooked chicken into the ginger onion mixture and mix well.
  8. Close the lid and cook again for 5 minutes and then food colour and mix well. Fry for two minutes and serve hot.
