About Mawa Gulab Jamun Recipe

This is a delicious desert , for all party occasions and festivities.

Mawa Gulab Jamun

Ingredients to make Mawa Gulab Jamun

  • 500 gms mawa
  • 400 gms sugar
  • 1 glass water
  • 7 tbsp maida
  • Ghee (butter) for frying jamun
  • 1 tbsp Chopped pista for decoration

How to make Mawa Gulab Jamun

  1. Cheddar the mawa.
  2. Add maida in mawa. Shift the maida.
  3. Now make equal size of round balls.
  4. Fry the balls in ghee. Till it becomes golden brown.
  5. On other side make a one taar chasni. Take pan add sugar and water. Mix it till sugar dissolves . Make a chasni.
  6. Now in that chasni add fried gulab jamun.
  7. Your garama garam gulab jamun is ready to eat. Sprinkle some chopped pista on gulab jamun

My Tip:

Please fry gulab jamun on low flame. U can serve it with icecream.
