Raw Sandwich

Ingredients to make Raw Sandwich

  • Bread slice 4
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Chilli Mayo 1 tbsp
  • Shezwan sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilli 1
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1/2 inch
  • Garlic Cloves 5
  • Salt to taste
  • Small Piece of Tamarind
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Coriander seed 1/2 tsp
  • Small piece of jaggery
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Capsicum, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, sliced

How to make Raw Sandwich

  1. Take a bowl add mayonnaise, chilli mayonnaise, black pepper powder, schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix all the ingredients take a bread slice and spread it on the bread.
  2. For the mint chutney: Take coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, cumin seed, vinegar, coriander seeds, ginger (chopped), Garlic (chopped), tamarind, jaggery and salt. Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste and spread it on the bread.
  3. Take one by one cucumber slices, onion slices, capsicum slices, tomato slices and keep on the chutney spread bread.
  4. Yummy raw sandwich is ready.
My Tip: If u use wheat bread it will bhi more healthier.
