Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vegetable (beans or mix veggies or dill leaves or green leaves etc)
  2. Toor dal - 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Curry leaves - few
  5. Masala :
  6. Coconut fresh - 1/4 cup
  7. Red chillies whole - 2 or 3 (adjust as per taste)
  8. Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  10. Asafoetida - A Pinch
  11. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Prepare toor dal and veggies ( cook your vegetables you like)
  2. In a blender / mixer add ingredients of masala grind into a smooth paste
  3. In a pan add toor dal, add masala , then add 1/2 cup of water
  4. Bring to a boil stir once add salt and curry leaves
  5. Serve with white rice.
