ABOUT Dhurandhari Chicken RECIPE

Dhurandhari Chicken, a spicy and delicious chicken curry to be served with some parathas for a dinner party or special occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 800 Gm Chicken - boneless cut into 1 inch pieces
  2. 16-18 Cashew nut
  3. 4 tbs ghee
  4. 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  5. 2 tbsp. Ginger- garlic paste
  6. Pepper powder
  7. 6-8 green chilli (Chop)
  8. 1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon Powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Fresh Coriander leaves (Chop) for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Boil Cashew Nut and drain all water. Take boil cashew and pineapple juice and grind and make fine paste
  2. Heat ghee in Kadhai (Nonstick), add ginger - Garlic paste, Pepper powder, green chilli, and Chicken and saute for few minutes.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cup water, when chicken almost is done add Cashew Nut pineapple paste, cinnamon powder salt as per taste
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with Chapati, Roti, Nan, Rice, Bread etc..
