Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer 250 gm
  2. Yogurt 1/2 cup
  3. Mint- coriander- green chilli paste 1/3 cup
  4. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  5. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Kitchen king masala 1/2 tsp
  9. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  11. Fenugreek leaves 2.5 tsp
  12. Oil 3 tbs

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 TSP OLIVE OIL, ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC POWDER & GARAM MASALA
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF PEPPER POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER & SALT
  3. ADD 1 TSP LEMON JUICE, ADD 200 GMS COTTAGE CHEESE CUBES, MIX
  4. COVER & SET ASIDE FOR 20-25 MINS
  5. HEAT 1.5 TSP OIL, ADD THE MARINATED COTTAGE CHEESE CUBES, SAUTE FOR 3-4 MINS, SET ASIDE
  6. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  7. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION, 1 TSP GINGER PASTE, SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  8. ADD 1/2 TSP GARLIC PASTE, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  9. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC, CORIANDER POWDERS, KITCHEN KING MASALA & RED CHILLI POWDER
  10. ADD 1 TBSP WATER, MIX & COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  11. ADD 1/3 CUP MINT-CORIANDER-GREEN CHILLI PASTE, COVER & COOK FOR 1-2 MINS
  12. ADD 1/2 CUP BEATEN CURD
  13. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  14. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER, SIMMER FOR 2 MINS
  15. ADD THE COTTAGE CHEESE, COVER & COOK FOR 2 MINS
  16. ADD 2.5 TSP KASURI METHI, COOK FOR 1 MINUTE, TAKE OFF HEAT
