About Kaju paneer Recipe

This is a rich delicious dish for parties, made with paneer in a cashewnuts based gravy, to be served with some naan on the side.

Kaju paneer

Ingredients to make Kaju paneer

  • cashewnuts 4 tablespoons
  • cottage cheese 1/2 kilogram
  • Fresh cream 3 tablespoons
  • tomatoes 4 big size
  • ghee or oil 2 tablespoons
  • cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • Kitchen king masala 2 teaspoon

How to make Kaju paneer

  1. Soak the cashewnuts for 15 minutes
  2. Grind them well
  3. Chopped cottage cheese
  4. Make tomato puree
  5. Put a vok on medium flame
  6. Add ghee or oil
  7. Add tomato puree
  8. Roast it well
  9. Add all the spices
  10. Add cashewnuts paste Roast it well
  11. Add some water to make gravy
  12. Add chopped cottage cheese
  13. Cook for 3..4 minutes
  14. Add fresh cream
  15. Garnish with some roasted cashewnuts and cream
  16. Serve hot with chapati
