Spicy chutney, made with chillies to be served with parathas or even dosa or idli.

Ingredients to make Lal mirch ki chutney

  • 15 fresh red chillies thick ones
  • 15 cloves garlic chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 pinch asafoetida
  • 1 spring curry leaves

How to make Lal mirch ki chutney

  1. In a blender. Mix chopped red chillies , garlic and salt.. into fine paste. Keep aside
  2. In a pan heat oil. Add asafoetida , mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Pour over the chilli mixure. Mix well.
  4. Serve with dal rice or with any thing
