Traditional punjabi potato curry flavour of Amritsari vadi.

Punjabi Alloo Warian..

Ingredients to make Punjabi Alloo Warian..

  • 6 potatoes.
  • 2 Amritsari dal vadi.
  • 2 onions.
  • 4 tomatoes.
  • 1tsp ginger paste.
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp degi mirch.
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • Green coriander.

How to make Punjabi Alloo Warian..

  1. Fry d vadi till golden brown n keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a cooker.
  3. Add cumin seeds.
  4. Add chopp onion
  5. Saute it.
  6. Add ginger paste.
  7. Add fresh tomato paste.
  8. Cook the masala properly.
  9. Add salt n all masala.
  10. Add potato n vadi.
  11. Cook it in masala.
  12. Add 1glass water.
  13. Cook till 2 whistle.
  14. Garnish with coriander.
  15. Serve with tandoori roti or rice.

My Tip:

U can add boil potatoes in it.
