  • Chopped onion 1 number
  • tomato chopped 1 number
  • Grated paneer 1 cup
  • coriander leaves chopped 3 table spoon
  • salt
  • red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • ginger grated 1 table spoon
  • garlic grated 1 table spoon
  • Cheese 4 cubes
  • Bread 8 slices
  • ghee 2 tablespoons

How to make Paneer sandwich

  1. FOR SAUTING ONION GINGER GARLIC TOMATO AND PANEER
  2. SAUTE WELL AND ADD TURMERIC CHILLY PWDR CORIANDER PWDR GARAM MASALA SALT
  3. SAUTE WELL AND ADD PANEER
  4. MIX WELL AND ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  5. TOAST BREAD WITH GHEE
  6. SPREAD A LAYER OF CHEESE. I HAVE USED HOME MADE CHEESE
  7. FILL PANEER MIXTURE OVER IT
  8. CLOSE WITH OTHER SLICE AND PRESS TIGHTLY
  9. TOAST CRISPY BOTH SIDES AND CUT DIAGONALLY AND SERVE HOT
