About Buttery pavbhajii.. Recipe

This is a quick recipe of pav bhaji, my way. A favourite snack or tiffin recipe of mine.

Buttery pavbhajii..

Ingredients to make Buttery pavbhajii..

  • 3 onion
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • cauliflower florets - 1 cup
  • 3 potatoes
  • peas - 1/2 cup
  • carrot - 2
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 3 green chilli
  • 2 spoon coriander leaves [chopped]
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 3 tsp pavbhaji masala
  • butter
  • lemon
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp

How to make Buttery pavbhajii..

  1. Heat a pressure cooker pan with some oil.
  2. Add cumin seeds, followed by chopped onion. Saute until golden brown in color.
  3. Then add the whole masalas in cooker
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook.
  6. Then add all veggies, mix it well
  7. Now add 2 cups of water.
  8. Close the lid and cook this for 10 minutes. Once cooked, check for the seasoning and cook until thick.
  9. Serve the pavbhaji with lots of butter with pav, lemon wedges.

My Tip:

You can grate some cheese also to make cheese pavbhaji..
