Delicious and yummy kofta curry that can be served with pulao or roti.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Kofta
  2. Boiled peeled mashed potato one cup
  3. Red chilli powder half teaspoon
  4. Green chilli 2
  5. Cumin powder half teaspoon
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Corn flour powder 2 tablespoon
  8. for curry
  9. Onion chopped 2
  10. Tomato 2
  11. FennelSeeds half teaspoon
  12. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  13. Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Garam Masala one teaspoon
  16. Ginger garlic paste one teaspoon
  17. Kasturi Methi half teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add mashed potato green chilli cumin* powder red chilli powder corn flour and salt
  2. Mix well
  3. Divide the mixture into equal parts
  4. Roll It is your palm and make a round shape ball
  5. Read the book with oil and deep fry it on a low flame to medium Flame till Golden and crips
  6. Take out the fried balls on the tissue paper and to get a ride of extra
  7. Keep aside
  8. Take the tomato rice onion another bol along with a glass of water and boil it for a 5 to 7 minutes
  9. Switch off the flame
  10. Drain the water let the mixture cool completely free of the skin of tomatoes
  11. take theboil mixture in a grinder and grind to make a fine paste
  12. Heat a pan with the 4 tablespoon of oil saute with onion
  13. Then add fennel seeds cumin* seeds try it till onions are light brown in colour
  14. Then add ginger garlic paste saute for 1 minute
  15. Add red chilli powder turmeric powder Garam Masala kasuri Methi powder mix well and cook for another 2 minutes
  16. Add half cup of water mix it well now let the gravy boil for 2 to 3 minutes
  17. Mix it well
  18. Take the kofta in serving plate and poure the gravy
  19. Sur hot with chapati and rice
