Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Banana stem- chopped into pieces and added in butter milk
  2. Red chillies- 1 big cut in to half
  3. Mustard seed- 1tsp
  4. Urad dal- 1 tsp
  5. Coconut oil- 1 tsp For tadka
  6. Salt- to taste

Instructions

  1. Take kadayi add oil
  2. Once oil is hot add mustard seeds after it splutters add urad dal and red chillies
  3. Add chopped and strained banana stem give a little fry
  4. Add salt
  5. Keep stir frying till its well cooked
  6. Switch off the gas and serve hot
