Pasta Pizza

Ingredients to make Pasta Pizza

  • 1 1/2 Cup all purpose flour (Maida)
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Pizza sauce as required
  • Sliced onions a few
  • Sliced bell pepper 1
  • corn kernels 1/2 - 1 cup
  • 1 cup boiled pasta (macaroni)
  • Grated mozzarella cheese as much as required
  • Grated processed cheese a few cubes
  • Oregano for garnishing
  • chilli flakes for garnishing

How to make Pasta Pizza

  1. For Pizza dough: Mix maida, salt, baking power and oil in a big bowl. Add milk and water then mix well.
  2. Make a fine dough, if it seems a little wet, sprinkle some flour.
  3. Spread oil on it and cover the dough with a plastic wrap. Allow it to rest for 1 hour.
  4. Remove the dough from plastic wrap and divide it equally into two parts.
  5. Preheat a non stick pan.
  6. After dividing the dough, roll out the half part with the help of a rolling pin (belan).
  7. Place the rolled dough in a pan and cook it for 7-8 minutes or until it becomes light brown.
  8. Saute onions, bell pepper in a pan for 4-5 minutes.
  9. Flip it up side down and garnish it with toppings. Start with pizza sauce, then add slices of onions, bell pepper, boiled corn kernels and boiled pasta. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese as well.
  10. At last finally add another layer of few slice of onions and capsicums and corn kernels. Now sprinkle some processed cheese.
  11. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano on the top of the pizza.
  12. Cover the lid and on medium flame cook it for 8-9 minutes or until the cheese gets melted.
  13. Cut it with a pizza cutter and serve hot.

My Tip:

You can add toppings as per your taste.
