About Vegetable Navratan Korma. Recipe

This is a very delicious curry made with loads of vegetables, to be served with roti or naan , and is a perfect dish for any party occasion.

Vegetable Navratan Korma.

Ingredients to make Vegetable Navratan Korma.

  • 1 small floret broccali
  • 10 mushroom
  • 1/2cup green peas.
  • 2 onions
  • 2tomatoes.
  • 1tbs gng paste.
  • 10 almonds
  • 10 kaju.
  • 1cup lotus seeds.(full makhana)
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1/2tsp kitchen king masala.
  • 1tezpatta.
  • 2 small cardomom.
  • 4 tsp desi ghee.

How to make Vegetable Navratan Korma.

  1. Heat ghee & roast full makhana, almonds and cashew nuts.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Now in the same ghee, add cumin seeds.
  4. Add tezpatta [bay leaf] & small ilaichi [cardamom].
  5. Add chopped onion.
  6. Saute for few minutes and then add ginger garlic paste.
  7. Add chopped tomatoes. cook further.
  8. Add all veggies and saute well.
  9. Cover & cook on simmer.
  10. Now add spices and salt. Give it a good mix.
  11. Add dry fruits & 2 cup water.
  12. Boil it.
  13. Garnish with coriander and serve.
