Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mater 2 cup
  2. Onion 2
  3. tomato pure 1/2 cup
  4. Cream 2 tbsp
  5. Cashew chopped 2 tsp
  6. raisin 1 tsp
  7. Gram flour 1 tbsp
  8. Chopped coriander 1/2 cup
  9. 2 green chilli chopped..
  10. ginger paste 1 tsp
  11. garlic paste 1 tsp
  12. Red chilli powder powder 1 tsp
  13. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  14. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  15. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  16. Chatmasala 1 tsp
  17. Miri powder 1/2 tsp
  18. Black cordamom 1
  19. Bay leaf 1
  20. Cumin seed 1 /2 tsp
  21. kasuri methi 1/2 tsp
  22. Salt to tast
  23. Oil

Instructions

  1. for stuffing:-
  2. Chopped cashew, chopped green chilli, raisin,and cream mix well and keep aside
  3. For kofta:-
  4. grind the green peas ,chilli and keep aside
  5. IN a bowl take gram flour and matar(green pees) paste and add fennel seed,chat masala ,chill powder,salt chopped chilli ,chopped coriander and salt mix it well and make small balls ‎ make balls with mater paste stuff them with cream , chopped cashew ,chilli and reasins mixture and cover properly all over side
  6. heat oil in kadhai and fry balls till golden brown
  7. for gravy:- ‎grind the onion and few cashew keep aside ‎
  8. take a pan and heat oil and put bay leaf cordamom, ,cumin seed now add onion paste,ginger garlic paste stire well now add chilli powder coriander powder ,turmeric powder and tomato pure stire well
  9. now add fresh cream and kasuri methi,salt stire well cook 2-3 minutes and put some hot water and cover with lead cook 4-5 minutes
  10. now add mater kofta in a gravy and pepper powder cook 2-3 minutes
  11. garnish with cream and chopped coriander leaves
