Orange skin curry

Ingredients to make Orange skin curry

  • Orange skin - 2 fruit
  • green chillies - 4
  • red chilly powder - 2 teaspoon
  • salt - as needed
  • Tamaring - lemon size
  • mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • jaggery - 1 teaspoon
  • oil
  • coriander Leaves - To Garnish

How to make Orange skin curry

  1. Chop orange fruit skin into small pieces.
  2. Boil it in water 10 minutes and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan , add mustard seeds, once it starts spluttering add green chillies.
  4. Add orange skin and saute.
  5. Add tamarind paste and water.
  6. Allow it to boil.
  7. Add salt, red chilly powder, jaggery.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Allow it to boil.
  10. Garnish coriander leaves.
