About butter chicken Recipe

Ingredients to make butter chicken

  • boneless chicken . 300 gm
  • tomatoes bright red 3
  • onion 2 medium sized
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • cashews 15
  • butter 25 gm
  • cream 5 to 6 tspn
  • ghee 4 tspn
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • red chilli powder 1 tspn
  • garam masala 1/2 tspn
  • Kashmir chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  • Kasturi methi 1 tspn
  • honey or sugar 1 /2 tspn
  • salt to taste

How to make butter chicken

  1. marinate the chicken chunks with curd salt red chilli powder lemon juice . keep it aside
  2. in a pan add 1 1/2 glass of water. let it boil
  3. chop tomatoes. onions.
  4. add chopped tomatoes. onions in boiling water add cashews. salt and a tbsn of oil
  5. boil it till onions tomatoes are done .
  6. remove from gas let it cook then grind it in a smooth paste
  7. in a baking tray arrange chicken pieces and bake it
  8. in a pan add ghee . add ginger garlic paste . add tomato onion cashew paste and cook well
  9. add chicken pieces. salt . red chilli powder. Kashmiri chilli powder. garam masala .butter . cream . add 1/2 cup water let it cook
  10. Cook for 15 minuets on low flame .
  11. crush kauri methi leaves and sprinkle over the dish . garnish with coriander leaves and cream ..
