Salade Carmelite

Ingredients to make Salade Carmelite

  • potato- 500 gm
  • Beetroot- 500 gm
  • French dressing- 200 ml
  • Seasoning

How to make Salade Carmelite

  1. Boil the potatoes and beetroot separately. Then peel and cut both into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Prepare the french dressing (3 part oil:1 part vinegar). Mix the potato and beetroot in a bowl and toss it gently with the dressing.
  3. Adjust the seasoning and serve it as it is.

I make a dressing of ...olive oil,honey ,lemon juice & pepper..mix well in a shaker &store.tastes good to on potato & beet. But I must try the vinegar dressing next time
