Crispy curd banana curry

Ingredients to make Crispy curd banana curry

  • Raw banana 5
  • potatoes 2 medium size of oval shape
  • onion 2 chopped
  • ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mix sabji masala 2 tsp
  • asafoetida 1 pinch
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • bay leaf 2
  • mawa 1 tbsp
  • gram flour 1 tbsp
  • curd 2 tbsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt to taste

How to make Crispy curd banana curry

  1. Peel and wash the banana and potato and cut it like long slice
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying
  3. Fry the banana and potato in golden color and keep aside
  4. Add oil in another kadhai for curry
  5. Add asafetida , cumin seeds and bay leaves
  6. Now add ginger garlic paste and roast for a minute
  7. Now add all the masala and roast it
  8. Add mawa and mix well
  9. Now add curd and gram flour into it and cook for few minutes.
  10. Add salt and 300 ml water in the gravy and cover with lead and cook for few minutes
  11. Now add the fried banana and potatoes and cook it for 5 minutes
  12. Off the flame and serve hot

My Tip:

If you dont want to add potatoes you can leave it
