About aaloo do pyaza Recipe

Ingredients to make aaloo do pyaza

  • 1:/2kg round potatoes partially boiled pealed and fried
  • salt
  • oil 5 spoon
  • ginger garlic paste
  • Garam masala. 1 spoon poppyseed
  • 1sp cumin seeds
  • 2 spoon chilly powder
  • 1 spoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 kg onion
  • 2 bay leaves

How to make aaloo do pyaza

  1. boil potato
  2. deep fry them
  3. fry onion till brown
  4. add ginger garlic paste and all spices cook properly till it leaves oil a
  5. grind poppy seeds and add to masala
  6. add bay leaves
  7. drop potatoes to it and cook properly

My Tip:

Do not over boil potatoes
