Hakka Noodles

Ingredients to make Hakka Noodles

  • Hakka noodles half pack, half boiled
  • 2 carrot chopped
  • 1 big Capsicum
  • Few beans and vegetables, large size cutting
  • Spring onions or onions chopped 2
  • White pepper a pinch
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • A pinch of ginger-garlic paste
  • Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • Olive oil or oil 3 -4 tbsp
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 inch
  • few curry leaves
  • 3 fried egg pieces
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Vegetable Maggi cube
  • Salt to taste

How to make Hakka Noodles

  1. In a pan heat oil, then add the finely chopped ginger and green chillies. Next add the curry leaves, onion or spring onion and soya sauce, fry this for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add carrot, beans, capsicum and fry it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add white pepper, black pepper and red chilli powder. A pinch of ginger-garlic paste and tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce green chilli sauce and fry it for 1 minute.
  4. Then add the half boiled noodles and mix it well. Next, add the fried eggs pieces.
  5. At the end add vinegar and lemon juice and serve it hot.

My Tip:

Put 2 tbsp of oil while boiling noodles so that it doesn't stick each other.
